Honestly once I hit 2 years at kroger I'm moving on to a different retail store or warehouse . This is my first job and I need experience but there's many others that are better.

I can not tell you how many regulars we see multiple times a day or hell even 3-4 times an hr buying mini liquor bottles because they have nothing better to do. You start drinking at 10 am and by 4 pm we cut you off. Good lord get a fu---cken life!

I filed a complaint thru the Union and to make a long story short the manager in question was "coached"-is that the same as an hourly employee coaching? Does something like this go on their employment record?
