Can Kroger keep an employee who recently got a felony DUI conviction?

Title pretty much sums it up. They have no clue how things work and treat the Kroger workers horrible. Bad decision by Kroger brass to hire these people.

And at no loss of seniority either. I don't want to go into deatails here but this happened in the Local 1996 area. The woman doesn't do squat and quits the lot after an hour saying she is done and won't help anyone else out for the rest of the shift.

I got to do Reshop on Thanksgiving because we werent crowded up front and I actually liked doing it alot. What is the real reason why every cashier must have an IPM score of 30 and a ring tender score of 95?

Are they going to start protesting over store managers who have been charged and found guilty of DM and such. There are quite a few out there.

Maybe that will all change tomorrow, but Sunday, Monday and today have all been slower than usual, it feels like. I've been with Kroger for more than six years now and the store just doesn't seem as busy as it normally is for the week of Thanksgiving. Can't really blame customers... I shop elsewhere for...
