I'm a full time student, and I figured I might as well get a job to help pay for some necessities while I'm in school. I just started working at Kroger on Friday; And by just started working, I mean I finished my orientation already, and just started training two days ago (if you can call it training). I wa...

Some of your employees aren't happy and being a customer I am concerned about them. Please do something about it. You treat your cust...
Can someone break it down for me? Which breads get baked, how long? Which breads get steamed and which ones don't? Which ones get the topping? Should I put them on before or after bake? Which ones do I slice and rebag? Which ones should I start with? What time should I start prepping the donuts to get them o...
Sh** in a urinal? I am a utility clerk. They are a few more besides me. I asked one of the other utility clerks what happened to the urinal screen. She said she did not know. The next day she asked the other utility clerk. And was told someone sh** in the urinal and she had to throw away the screen. I saw it one d...
So I had this lady the other day on my Uscan. She accidentally pressed the help button. When I came by and I asked, "did you need help?" I got no response from her. Didn't even look my way, just kept scanning. I asked again. This time putting myself right square in her line of sight, and louder, practically...
It just keeps getting worse in every way. Wondering when do your schedules get postedposted. For us it can sometimes be less then 24 hours in advance ie Friday pm and for overnighters that come in after midnight this means you have to make a trip to the store because website is always down to see if you wor...

Kroger starting wage is now beat out by $2-4 an hour by all the other chains here. Our maxed out clerks are about the same rate as their starting. Their cap outs are $4-10 more. So while I'm putting in my applications and throwing away 10 years at this company, I wondered if this is just the my area or not. I u...
Any one else playing this while at work on the clock? I probably get in 4 hours of play out of a 8 hour shift. Kroger is a great place to work and play mostly play tho.
So for stores that aren't open 24/7, what happens when people who come into work before the store opens get to work? In my store, they call and so many of them hit 1 for bakery and expect me to keep running up to the door to unlock it and i'm getting kind of tired of it. When I bake, I call the store and let it page...
Seems lots of associates forgot proper customer service and respect of the customer. It's just unreal how so many of you don't know your own store lay out and where certain items are! Kroger needs to start putting out customer service cards so we can report all the clueless non helpful employees. The c...
Does anyone know what it stands for? BOH is 27. KBOH is 250. It is not displayed on every item. I am guessing it has something to do with the fuel station. I think someone said they keep track of their inventory separate from the store. I found kboh mentioned in barney notes but didn't explain it.
