My Department Head keeps harassing and treating people like crap. It isn't just because of work we do. Everyone hits the minimum 55 cases or above. Keeps making threats about getting people moved or fired and making smarta** remarks. My supervisor knows he does this when he's not there, but let's him...
It's easy to throw 55 cph so why is management saying that my coworkers and I are only averaging 45 cph? It makes no sense to me because we all are super fast. Can their numbers be wrong?
Summer is here, and Ive opened my availability. An associate that Ive filed a sexual harassment report against (and the case went straight to HR) is now training me for three days on how to open a 4am shift. His training week is his last week here... No managers are in the store at 4am. It will just be me, hi...
For real. I posted about this, people here think I'm joking and I'm not, and the creep at work is still there and still looking at me and management STILL is doing nothing about it. I'm thinking law suit. What exact steps should I take? Serious answers only please, I'm dead serious about this.
I've only been working in the Dairy Dept. for a month but I've been tasked with coming up with a better way to organize the stock in the cooler because we have an issue with stock going out of date. The main problem with the way it is now - the milk, OJ, etc. palette at the back of the cooler is often getting neg...
Hello. I have been hearing this song at Kroger for a few months and I have no idea who the artist is. I tried to google these lyrics: "The days are longer, it's warmer now and I got to ask, oh Renee, can you come out to play tonight?" All I get are articles on climate change and "Walk Away Ren...
Who approves requested days off? I went to great people to see if my days were approved and they were, but when I my schedule came up, my head scheduled me for one of those days. I talked to her about how I needed that day off and she said that she never got a request for it. I talkes to her about how I request...
I work as a cashier. Yesterday at work, the Guest Care associate who was working that morning was at the front end cashiering and bagging groceries. She continued to tell me "go faster" while bagging my customer's groceries. She told me that every cashier is supposed to have an IPM score of 30.
Has anyone heard if this program is moving beyond the Cincinnati division? I've heard rumors off and on about it coming to the Louisville division for a couple years now but nothing substantial. As a scanning coordinator I was curious as to how it would affect that position, undoubtedly fewer hour...
Dairy lead & 30+ year employee: *leaves almost entire truck, milk & eggs low, and leaves a mess in the cooler for closer working 5-6 hours despite having 8 hours to work with* Management: *brushes it off like it's no big deal* Me: *breaks down whole truck, works most of it, leaves just one brow...
Like does the csm even read the reasons for requesting availability changes? Because my reason this last time was for a parent teacher conference and the teacher only has set days and times!! Teacher needed an answer right away so I gave it then went to put it into esched But Thank God she canceled it ye...

A couple weeks ago I put in a two week at dillons which is owned by kroger and in my last week they tried to suspend me for refusing to tuck in my shirt. A couple of months ago they ordered fitted polo shirts and didn't make anyone tuck them in because they were to short and they constantly came untucked whene...
So at my store this cashier who has been here only a very short time just got made a Front End Floor Supervisor and a while back there was another who was only there for a few months and then was one. This seems very weird to me. Is this something that happens often? Just curious cause it just seems like peopl...
The pharmacy that had access to the controls for the temp in our breakroom told us that they were "locked out" of it. Manager today said he went in with a thermometer and said it was OK-he said it was 78 degrees in there. Rumours are that the temps are controlled out of corporate. Is this happening to any ot...
Is this another BS customer-service type program? Instead of "Customer First" how about EMPLOYEE First?!? Take care of US and the rest will fall into place!!!
