I have live training tomorrow and was wondering what it consists of? I was hired a CC and was told I would be paired with another employee who would train me. Do I just watch and ask questions or is this a partner type thing?

I recently finished my online computer training. Which honestly wasn't very helpful to my position. Does Kroger give other training to cashiers? Or do they just put you on the schedule and expect you to learn it yourself? Also, any tips would be helpful as well.
