I had two days of computer training which was Saturday 11-28-15 (i worked 8 hours) and Sunday 11-29-15 (2 hours). I was told that my training hours would be added to the hours I got the following week and that I wouldn't receive a check until 12-11-15. But I just got on Hr express and I have a check stub date...
So, can you get in trouble for leaving early without telling someone (night shifts). Occasionally it will be a really slow night and i'm scheduled til 11 pm, and I leave at 10 pm. Is this ok if I get everything I need to done and the dept looks good? I've done this probably maybe only like 5-7 times over the p...
I just started my vacation and I won't be back to work for a few weeks. I decided to change my availability so I would be able to start a new shift when I came back. I went to the great people site and set everything up but it wouldn't let me submit. Is there something I missed or would this have to do with my time...
I have been working with Kroger for three months now 40-50 hours a week. They refuse to give me full time and the managers say they don't know how I would sign up for the union. Please help.

Ok so I was recently hired at a Tom Thumb in Florida, passed my drug test and all. However, after my first day of training I got injured. So we filled out an incident report followed by another drug test. My question is if I passed my drug test to be hired and possibly failed this drug test with this incide...

So I was originally supposed to have Thanksgiving Day (yesterday) off but due to the fact that one of my co-workers had to work their other job ,I traded shifts with them to where I worked yesterday and was supposed to have today off while they worked my shift. We even signed the trade shift forms to make i...
Our new store manager has made it a point, if he catches anyone with drinks on the sales floor(including water) he will fire them, now I'm not stupid, I know he can't fire people for this, but its bull**** my wife is a cashier, sh is 8 months pregnant, and has been to the hospital three time for dehydration...
I'm not saying that the baggers weren't at fault. I know several of my coworkers that call out "sick" or hide somewhere in the store. However, if you're a veteran cashier, baggers are told to help the newer cashiers because the customers are cranky because the new cashiers are slower. Als...
