How long are you allowed to pay and keep insurance after you resign or are you?

Lets say for example you have been there for 4 years, Does the vacation time you get year after year stack (so you could have like 90 hours total) or is there a cut off time that your have to use your hours per year?

The day you come back from vacation? for me the day dragged on and on, it was like it would never end. same old nonsense going on of course. its only vacation anyway, why would anything be different? If I didn't need the money would have loved to spend another day relaxing at home.

Do both full and part timers get holiday pay for New Year's? I went from full to part time the end of last year. I received holiday pay for Christmas but not New Year's. I thought that was still a paid holiday, even if you're part time.
