i shouldve been trained in the office by now seeing how my main supervisor CSM came to me before Christmas saying he wanted me in there and he ain't done it yet. I'm getting tired of waiting for him to come to me. how should I approach him without pissing him off and getting my point across?

Unbelievable! I did not work last week at all and just for fun, I checked next week's schedule. They have me listed as working!!!! Now how disorganized is that? Not too surprized since communication there always did suck.

every week i have been changing endcaps and ordering. the backup is always scheduled off these days. the dept head stands around talking half the night and has me doing so much. its getting hard to handle the work load. would the union help me on this, or am i just screwed?
