I work part time in the Deli at Fred Meyer and I had a few paychecks that didn't look correct but I can't for the life of me find how I can verify whether they were correct or not. I worked about ~35 hours one week and only took home about $265 with my salary being $10.70/hr. Does that seem right??

HEB is opening two new stores in Tarrant County Texas, and has bought land for four more stores in this area. I can't wait!! I hope they build one closer to me. I would gladly give up shopping at Kroger and Walmart.

I guess the union is done paying for wal-mart smear stories until we get this fixed. Kroger's worst nightmare is to let the public know they pay their employees less. They will make this go away quick if they are smart.
