I am having problems accessing the Great People website, and have been all week! I want to get on to check my schedule, and my Pay Stub, but every time I try to go to the site, it times out! Help!

New person working in nutrition. When you are doing markdowns, how many days beforehand would you markdown the organic milk, cheese, yogurt? For instance since today is the 9th of April and the milk goes out of date on the 20th of May...when do you start marking down. Help!!!
