We already have four people, so I'm not sure why hiring yet another person out there will help.. But whatever. Anyways. She was all smug about her friend getting the job, yet her friend...

So I've been looking for another job either to go with Kroger or eventually leave Kroger. I found a second job, and decided that since the only constant with my schedule at Kroger is that I'm closing 95% of the time (heaven forbid a full-timer had to close!) so I can work with this job in the morning. How...

So with the new "Make it right!" policy, we can now get FREE FOOD! I was talking to one of the cashiers today (I work in meat) about this crappy new policy, and he said that if there is no barcode, the item is free. I couldn't believe that, so I grabbed a package of steaks, and said "So if I we...

A few months ago, my schedule got changed on my day off. When one of my six supervisors called to chew me out over not being at work, I told him I didn't know I was supposed to be at work, and I wasn't prepared to come in. Since that day, this supervisor has had it in for me. The thing is, whenever he wants to go o...
