I feel bad for a hand full of employees most of them are miserable and hate life. Why is that? Publix on the other hand is 100 times better and cleaner. kroger has the most dirty stores I have ever been in.

Hello. Ive worked here for a couple months but i can't create a password on express hr. There is a security question that asks the last four digits of my home phone number to create a password. I dont have a home phone number so i never gave Kroger a home phone number. What should i do to fix this?

over night cashiers are expected to do all the work that was not done all day. For 4 hour they expect you to do everything. So apparently you can look at youre schedule online for Kroger employees and post hours available to work on greatpeople.me but I have yet to find it on that website. Please help asap. I am about to start back to college and need to change my available hours.

I don't understand what Kroger's wants me to do?? When I heard about the new "fresh and friendly" thing, I thought "finally, an initiative right up my alley!" So when I got fresh with a customer and he complained, I'm not sure what I did wrong? Was I maybe not friendly enough?
