Questions about e-scheduling

My store is starting to put the e--scheduling program in and I have noticed some comments about it. What are the pros and cons of this program? And correct me if I'm wrong but the printed version should still be done, yes?

I became suspicious when it was in a different container. The ounces are the same but the new stuff isn't as thick because they've added more water. They've also increased the amount of artificial flavoring to try to cover it up. They think people don't notice things like that but they do.
