I thought we were to get pay raises with this contract starting 3/24 but it says my pay rate is still the same as before. Does anyone know anything about this? Figured I'd ask here before I ask union rep

Hi I have been working for krogers for two years now and I want and need full time because I am in college and need the money. My csm says he can only give be 30 hours because I am too close to full time. Is their a way to find out how close I am. Some times my manager calls me in even though my CSM says I am too close....

I was reading up on the wage increases in my union hand book and I see that after you hit 12.20 as a grocery clerk the next increase is 13.95 starting in june. but it doesn't give a time frame as to how long that jump takes, it just says there after. What exactly does that mean?
