This may be a bit off topic but i was wondering if any other 3rd shift member has digestive problems. Ever since i started 3rd it seems my stomache has went crazy.....i have not went a day since starting 3rds where my stomach doesn't bother me one way or another. Anyone know how to fix this?

I know it might be silly but how does one page/receive a page in the store? I never actually got trained i was just thrown into the mix at day one so im still learning my way around. I assume the phones pretty much work the same at every store?

I have a question, I'm a part time Kroger employee and I was told that for working on Christmas eve is considered a holiday. On Christmas eve do we recieve holiday pay or do we recieve the extra 4 hour deal?

In reading some of these threads, I've noticed that some stores are "Department Managers", in the case of thedude as a department manager who was appointed. The district that I am in is still a biddable department head job for all except Floral, DSD, and File Maintenance, those are appo...

I'm confused, is the goal >.50 or <.50? I've been doing pretty good the last few weeks, my elms always being in the top 5. But then I was suddenly asked to print out a thingy (nosale-96-signon) and was told that my .47 tendertime was bad and that below .50 is considered failing. (the lady that told m...

What is your view on working Christmas Eve/Day? Me personally, I would NEVER work those days, even for time and a half. Family and friends come first in my book around the holidays, no matter what the job. I'm certainly not going to be 'doing time' at Kroger of all places, being the worst.

Since the Christmas holiday has come and passed, for the following week, if you have direct deposit which day should your paycheck hit? I've been told the usual day or it's now the day after.

Anyone notice Great Wide Dedicated Transportation has been hauling Kroger trailers instead of Ruan? Is this for good or just temp? Noticed since we got the first Great Wide delivery, our truck has been dispatched from the warehouse between 9 and 12 hours late.

I recently transferred from CA to TX, and guess what!?! >As of right now, I pretty much lost my vaca time. I had 68 hours ( Yes over a week of vaca time!) and in the transfer process.. hmm.. it somehow got lost. HOW COOL IS THAT!? When I call Ralph's HR, they can see my hours just floating there, but w...

So management has cut our hours across the board so they can save labor and get that big Christmas bonus, yet they want everything done as if we had a full staff ? Everything has to look fresh and stocked so the corporate big wigs are impressed and they don't look bad. Then come January 2nd, they will cut...

I am a union member of UFCW but I don't work for Kroger. Can I still get a copy of their contract from the union office or do I have to be an employee to get it ?

Well, I started working at Kroger several months ago. I'm currently a conditioner (front end/bagger) according to my HR account online. There's plenty of favortism in the store, especially with one worker who can get away with anything and just receive a slap on the wrist from the boss. For example,...

Anyone tell me which local UFCW union covers Kroger's in the Troy, MI or Rochester, MI area ? Its either local 951 or local 876 but which one is it ? I am trying to get a copy of my contract but neither website has it even though signage on the billboard says they do.

Has anyone heard if Schnuck's is taking over any central Illinois Kroger Stores? I've heard this rumor from several people in Taylorville.
