I was wondering if anyone out there had any tips on how to sort totes more quickly? Got to work today and went to the breakroom and went to clock in and there was no time clock. It was removed and now all employees must use the time clock in the front of the store. Had a note posted on our time clock today from our manager stating that he is "sick and tired" of a majority of employees not staying over or coming in when called. And that if you fall into this category you will not be as likely to receive your requests for time off. Anyone else around here...

Does your store manager reward you all for good results? Ex: Perfect mystery shop, outstanding inventory, or just for the heck of it to let you know they appreciate you? Cook outs, gift certificates....etc... Do YOU feel appreciated at your workplace?

I work for Krogers for 25years, been in many defferent depts and stores throughout the Miami Valley Region. At the store that I'm at now one of the dept mgrs is madly in love with the cosmetitian, this is very deficult for other to work with them!
