When we print out the till report at the the beggining of the shift and write the cash total in the log, what does that number even mean? our uscan ipad is broken and they're taking their sweet time before buying a new one or getting it fixed. and so ive been told that we HAVE to carry the supid thing around still. seriously. we have to carry a paper weight on a sash in case secret shoppers come by. pretty fucKing annoying

I went from part time to a full time lead position recently, how many 40 hour weeks/8 hour shifts until i see this and have my pay rate and/or title change, or is this something i need to bug management about? Also i should be getting back pay to my effective position change right?

They are going to bring in a health care expert to help with things, so I wonder how much that will cost...
