I found out that one of the co-managers left our store to work somewhere else. How long do you think it takes for them to realize "oh crap....how long can i really work here?"
I have called in maybe 4 times in the last 7 months. I had a fever and diahreaa and I called 8 hours before my shift. The manager demanded I got a dr note for this. I don't have insurance and can't afford it. Do I really have to get a note of am I going to lose my job?
