We have a few who come back, but at the end of the day it is a minimum wage job and one that's demanding. What percentage of people do you think regret leaving? I'd put it at 20%...

I asked today to see the schedule. I was told they will no longer be posted in the store You have to look online. Is this the whole company? Someone said its to save on paper. I am going to buy a pack of paper out of sarcasm and put it on the managers desk with a note. Here is some paper now print the schedule.

The new printed schedule came out today and I did get my time off. The anon schedule writer said seniority would be a factor. I think that was the case here as I'm one of the top courtesy clerks.

She wishes she'd get more hours. She's lucky to sometimes get more than 30, or even 40. But on average, it's 18. She wonders if there's any department in the store where she'd be more likely to get a stable amount of hours greater than 30. Preferably 40.
