We have crazy customers. The folks who bring their own bags are idiots (at least in my store!) There will be at least one crazy co-manager Kroger can't seem to get rid of. I see our recruiting literature near customer service (that is what I call it-not "guest care!!") and think what a load of crap!

Hi, I was hired about 6 months ago. I'm trying to access my W-2 online, but the MyTaxForm.com isn't working. Is Kroger still using that for uploading W-2 forms or do I have to wait FOREVER to get it in the mail??

Krogers cellphone company I guess is now called access wireless, used to let any Kroger customer who earned gas points use the accumulated points towards minutes on the cell phone plan .Does anyone here use I wireless and do they still let customers do that?
