How is the night crew schedule made? does the one start at 10 pm... say Thursday shift come in two hours early on Wednesday pm for the Thursday? or Thursday it says 10pm come in that night.

Okay. So at the front end, I know there's job types like floor supervisor, courtesy clerk, utility clerk, cashier, service desk, and uscan attendant. But I don't know about clicklist. All I know, from looking at the schedule is that there's attendant and selector. What do each of those do?
