Can't we just go back to basics?

Why can't it be so simple as stocking product to the shelf? Why do we need all these time wasting scans (such as batch maintenance and lows & holes)? I can understand scanning residual backstock and changing balances on holes to zero when the product isn't there, but everything else just seems unn...

This company keeps getting worse.

How much worse can this company get? It seems like they expect so many tasks finished by 9 AM, Fresh Kitchen ran, lows and holes scans, backstock scans, truck broken down, cooler 5 Sd, dept filled and ready for business. All of this, while sending relief help up front. Don't know how much more I can take....
