Just because you thieves think you're sly and can get away with it you no longer will be able to. Our store manager finally trespassed multiple regulars coming in to steal. I've seen them trespass multiple people this week alone (sep 2024). I would highly consider stopping your thieving if you don't w...

Our store goes through a lot of staff and I mean high turn over. We've had three new leads this year due to the high demand and expectation's of the job. It's caused a lot of long term or short term shift to move on or quit. We had one hard working staff member who left to a disability flair up but I think it was m...

Don't try to remember the mad shoppers during the summer because autumn and winter have the more mad customers. What's worst are the depressed shoppers taking their emotions on everyone. It's like we can't work fast enough to meet their expectations.

Kroger website very slow and APP is screwed up. Why is the website so slow loading? Are they trying to force people to come in and shop? Also, the App is so screwed up and unusable you have to add items to list now unless you go directly to the item you have option to add to cart. But when I have everything adde...

Now we're seeing it published late and later and later. The worst one was like 3 days before the live schedule went out. One we're not slav...

Does anyone else have to scan their slicers and ovens every day with the Zebra for safety inspection? I would think that would be against union rules since we're not trained as safety inspectors and it's not part of our job description. Next thing you know they're going to start telling us we have to d...

I am beginning to become very frustrated with this company hiring in utility clerks left and right while ignoring that many positions have been vacant since the roll out of the utility clerk position. The union needs to enforce/address how many floaters they can hire in per store. Many positions at m...

Let me give you some advice from 5 decades of life experience. Please do not skip maintenance appointments for health conditions. This lets them flair up and if you're not careful they will get worse and worse. To the point where you have to skip work or can not do it all together. If you need to go to the dr...

Dear kroger I'm sick of you exploiting your actively working employees into 8+ day work weeks totaling almost 100 hrs. Enough is enough. I'm fed up with your bs of this practice. Our department barely has any staff and we are eligible to 2 days off minimum and I frequently get asked to come in and like hell I'm doing 6+ day work weeks. If you give me the minimum 24-48 hrs notice advance shift change and i have no plans I'll consider it. If it does not fall within that time frame I'm no...

Oh, I'm sorry that kroger can't hire enough staff but would rather hire utility clerk as floaters to fill the void. Which isn't even helpful half the time. A department needs more than 2 staff to operate efficiently. Instead of complaining about it kroger hire some damn staff. Even when school ends I'...

1 Staffing isn't my problem. 2 Hire more damn staff. Oh, wait you won't because you exploit your help into 6 days and 50+ work weeks. All good.
