the city I live and work in is considering raising the minimum wage to anyone who's encountered this: is it probable that my pay rate won't be affected since I already make above the prospective minimum?

Am getting tired of microwavable noodles, wondering if y'all have any other quick but healthier (though, pretty much anything is healthier than sodium-in-a-box) choices. I don't have a car, so can't go to fast-food places, eat, and be back before the 30 minutes hits.
