What experience have you had with this? A costumer used my name, and only got my name because I introduced myself when I took a order over the phone. And claimed that I had told them they would get employee discounts on cakes, Now this isn't even possible! REAL Employees don't even get that type of disc...

i am trying to raise my elms score. does anyone know which products can be scanned using quantity. i know this works with produce items, therefore making it easier, instead of having to enter the code for each

So here lately there have been several of employees on the front end who have been caught stealing one way or another. So my question is, am i wrong for blaming the CSM for her lack of observation? They have been working for Kroger for some time now; and they are just now finding out about their dishonest...

Well the title pretty much sums it all up. I was hired before the min. wage increase took effect in July, making 6.55/hr. At a full 40 hours I was bringing home roughly 250-260 per week. Now that I am making 7.25/hr I should be bring home 280-290 per week, but I am still bringing home what I did at 6.55/hr...

What are the point of the csrs in the ugly red vest on the front end. They don't do anything useful but yell for people to comeup front and tell you when to go on break. As short handed as most stores are why do we have csr's instead of extra cashiers.
