I've heard rummors that requesting days off too often can get you into trouble. If this is true than how come others you work with reguest the same days off every week and get them with no consiqence?

I work in the non foods at a kroger fresh fare and starting out I got paid a lot more than min wage. I dont know if it is because its not a regular kroger. Okay i have been at my job at kroger for two years what I do there is stock. I work with an older woman who is about late 50's and she be looking at me from the corner of her eye all the time like she is my boss she is just a worker like me that been there way to long well she looks at me and I just continue to do my work....

Seems the Union Contract usually centers around Full Timers and anyone thats hired before 2005,1995,1985. Those hired before those dates get the best benefits as higher pay,more holidays,less work.
