I have never heard of this type of situation happening where an FES was "asked to leave" (as it was told to me tonight) our store but was NOT outright fired. There WERE a lot of complaints about how he wrote our schedules though.
This female is a horrible manager she is the manager at inglewood kroger in Nashville, TN has anyone heard of her. She treats people like complete garbage.
I am a Night Crew Foreman at a million a week store in central Colorado. Any questions about anything, from policies to how things really work, and anything in between, I'll answer to the best of my abilities.
How are things at your stores? I'll start it off: It's terrible where I am. Kroger has ruined it's reputation by creating a terrible employee atmosphere. So now they can't find ppl that want the privilege of working 8 days a week, with increasing work loads, and less OT pay. The smaller the staff become...
Has anyone heard or have confirmed more management firings in January? I know there is supposed to be a reduction at corporate. Someone has posted on Layoff site that more SM's and ASM's are being let go in January. Just wondering because our divisional president has been repeatedly visiting the sam...
I work as a courtesy clerk and my set availability is anywhere between 8:30am to 7:00pm NO EXCEPTIONS. I have told them numerous times and they told me they understood, yet they STILL manage to slip in 6:00 am start times (which is TOO EARLY for me to start). They ALWAYS do this without fail during the Chr...
I left Kroger after working just 2 days on the job. It wasn't what I expected. The job wasn't for me. I could foresee this move was a disaster. It was an hourly job as well. My immediate supervisor was a bit too snarky to me during the training period. I had options where I could be happy elsewhere. I em...
I dont know if this is company wide or not, but Im going to rant. So I am full time. I am told to work 40 hours. They schedule me and the entire department the next 2 weeks, 30 hours. And Im told to just ignore that, and actually work your 40 hours anyway. Ok so forgive me, but why the **** do they do this? Does cor...
Between grab and go, clicklist, getting remote orders for pickup, etc, when are we supposed to get anything else done? Plus they reduced us to a skeleton crew. Grab and go alone takes hours and if you ever get a clicklist while you're doing it, good luck ever catching up.
you lazy ass pieces of littering ****! Stop leaving you damn coupons on the shelves and throw them AWAY!!! Whether they are expired or not throw them away. I swear these damn people in the south are absolute trash!!
Yesterday I received an evaluation from the Assistant Front end Manager. His main focus was this... 1) Secret shoppers are coming to our location, and they are expecting to hear the following from our cashiers...Hi, how are you?May I scan your Kroger card?Did you find everything you needed today?W...
Atlanta division employee here....why are our managers going bat s*** crazy about the lot? They say we have to have it cleared by 9PM before our produce doors are locked for the night. Is this happening in your store too? I don't get all wound up about stuff like this-I know the lot will be cleared by that...
I know I'm not a moderator or member of any real significance here, but can we sticky this? I feel like this has been asked on here several times, and I think having a central place to post tips/advice for boosting ring/tender percentage would be helpful. I've been cashiering for over a year now and here...
