i work nightstock in michigan. If i had my 3 yr anniversary the 2nd of july this year do i get one weeks pay or two? contract says after 3 you get 2 weeks vacation.

I noticed my check was 20.00 more than normal. So I checked my paystub and they didn't take out for my insurance. Anyone know what's up with that? It's not a vacation check or anything.
