I went from part time to a full time lead position recently, how many 40 hour weeks/8 hour shifts until i see this and have my pay rate and/or title change, or is this something i need to bug management about? Also i should be getting back pay to my effective position change right?

i think the way we have to condition actually makes the shelves look less full. i thought the basic idea of all shelf stocking was to make sure the product was fronted and faced to make it appear to be full. this blocking stuff looks sloppy to me
