I went from part time to a full time lead position recently, how many 40 hour weeks/8 hour shifts until i see this and have my pay rate and/or title change, or is this something i need to bug management about? Also i should be getting back pay to my effective position change right?

Got word today that our contract has been extended through the 15th of November. But in two months of negotiations they have only talked about the health plans partof things, not a thing about wages.
