I'm a student from Ohio just coming back from LOA. I never got a raise since I worked for a full year in high school, and I have worked at Kroger for over 7 years. They claim they only give raises to 'full time' people. Do you guys think this is Bull or no?

Our Kroger used to hire off duty police officers to catch shoplifters. And believe me, they caught lots of them. Ever since Kroger started all this ELMS crap they say that they can no longer afford to pay these officers to staff our store. Now you should see how much is getting stolen. Last night 2 guys ra...

It takes awhile to get a bad manager fired, but it does happen. Iknow from experience. After I went to the president of our district, with massive documentation, that manager was gone within a week. Patience is a virtue. Keep copies of all documentation and hang in there

Do any of you know if there is a Publix forum like this Kroger forum? I just wonder if they have drama like Kroger does. I did hear Publix was somewhat a employee owned company.

Seems like there is always some accountability to every task or job that anyone does in work and life. Very rarely is there ever a time that one can do as they please and not have to worry about being held accountable. The many years, I have worked for Kroger , I have seen everyone help accountable for most...

I ask her if there is anything that I can help her with and she say's yes there is. She ask me if I were a registered Democrat or Republican. With out thinking I said Demo...

Just a thought, folks. I sometimes shop at store #115; tonight when I was there, I had occassion to use their facilities. Now. As compared to say, WALMART, the rest room I went into was as fresh, clean, and inviting as any you'd find in a country club! So much so that it made me write of the store's number a...

I just got my pay raised to $12.80 but I am thinking about moving and transfering to a different store. I saw a couple of posts where people said that they had to take a pay cut because they switched stores. Does that happen to everybody that transfers? Or does that only happen if you are moving from an ex...
