I currently work at King Soopers in Colorado (which is union) and I want to transfer to Kroger in Tennessee. Will I lose my seniority when I transfer? If anyone works at Kroger in Tennessee I would appreciate any information about the work environment. King Soopers in Colorado is pretty good.

I would like to know if I will lose any pay if I transfer to the store. I have been at the fuel center for a year. I can't get an answer from any of the management in my store because none of them know.

File Maintenance has got to be the worst department at Kroger, in terms of the way we get screwed around so much. Any other File Maintenance clerks out there? I'm the backup file at our store and it's just me and the lead file, and I'm lucky to get 16 hours a week in there, plus his 40, and that's it. And for th...

I have noticed that whenever our store has a party that our store director instructs out customer clerks to go to the back room and go through our damages and use damaged items such as dented cans of soda, busted boxes of juices for our parties. Is this correct procedure? It makes me feel like our store di...

Does anyone work as a floral back up or lead? I may become floral back up or lead in a floral dept at Kroger. I started at $8.35 eight months ago if given the title of back up or even lead, will this come with a raise? What is the typical pay for floral lead or back up?

Is there a way to search for jobs at other stores, if I wanted to transfer to another store? For example, If I wanted to know if a store needed somebody on third shift could I find that put somewhere or would I have to contact that store's manager?

grumpy1 · DeliWorker

How has it affected you? Do you ever feel like going off on the inspector about how no one follows the stupid rules when they're not around? I've often felt the need to tell them how the managers don't even follow them. Guess I'm just a tattle tale at heart.
