Hello, everyone. Scotty here. I've worked at Kroger for quite some time. I would like to share stories of working there and I'll throw in some Scotty-isms and Trekkie-isms for fun. After all, in a way we are miracle workers. LOL
got a call for a interview to work for the state as a precrument officer. But I am a DH with Kroger and make more money then I would with the state and could be more stressfu.. do you think its worth doing?
just curious, are the power jacks at your store janky too? ours bump and rumble with every wheel rotation, even on flat concrete. we had to hockey tape the entire cover panel on our hyster jack which makes it rumble around and look even more ghetto. our crown jack is far superior but is so terribly unstab...
They're hiring people for deli and bakery in my store for $11 an hour part time. Most of the part timers who have been around for years in the deli are only making $10.50. Seems unfair to them.
How do you respond to a customer who tells you "I shop at this location every week, and I am a loyal customer" when you have to enforce company policy regarding their paying with a temporary check or for any other reason?
Title pretty much sums it up. They have no clue how things work and treat the Kroger workers horrible. Bad decision by Kroger brass to hire these people.
And at no loss of seniority either. I don't want to go into deatails here but this happened in the Local 1996 area. The woman doesn't do squat and quits the lot after an hour saying she is done and won't help anyone else out for the rest of the shift.
I got to do Reshop on Thanksgiving because we werent crowded up front and I actually liked doing it alot. It was kinda peaceful just walking around the store with a cart full of reshop just putting stuff back, it was so much less stressful than having to stay at the register and be stressed having everyth...
Ive been working at Kroger for 2+ years, now this is confusing I have had various front end, store and assistant managers (3 or more for each). If I have customer fill out a check is D/L #, DOB, Telephone # supposed to be written out on it? Those it have to be filled out completely or just have the customers s...
Maybe that will all change tomorrow, but Sunday, Monday and today have all been slower than usual, it feels like. I've been with Kroger for more than six years now and the store just doesn't seem as busy as it normally is for the week of Thanksgiving. Can't really blame customers... I shop elsewhere for...
I mean it's really hurting, like that time I had a yeast infection and my monkey started bubbling and oozing yellow puss that smelled like a rotten slaughter house on a hot day, oooo that's gross, sorry, hope your thanksgiving dinner is digested, tee hee hee...any hoo, yeah, my va jay jay is really swol...
