I put in some personal days a few weeks back and had even left a note for my day manager ( I work nights ) . When the schedule came out my personal days werent put in...so I got in contact with the HR manager about it, and he said he would take care of it as he had not seen or heard of such letter. What to do when it feels like your hard work and loyalty to your store just isn't being taken seriously? Clearly I worked beyond 32+ hours last week, staying extra to fill holiday stuff in the grocery aisles. I could have left on time and just left all of those holes empty on the shelf but I decided to stay....
Ive been working at Kroger for a year and a half but Ive grown tired of it. Im not getting paid enough money and the store is just disgusting to me. I'm supposed to be getting paid this Thursday, but it's Thanksgiving. Should I expect my paycheck to come Wednesday? Or Friday? I just wasn't sure if they'd send it early or wait til the Holidays are over. I was told it wouldn't come ON Thanksgiving, so I need to budget my money ahead of time. Thanks...

They were amazed by almost everything they saw, but especially by two shiny, silver walls that could move apart and then slide b...
