I did finally prove it that my store manager was schedule harassing me and discriminating against me and union did crud about it. Then wrongfully sided with the manager but if I file an eeoc claim they'll obviously side with me. If it resumes again I will file an eeoc claim for harassment and discrimina...

The rep that took my call said it would be "forwarded to the company"-she did not say it was forwarded to the store that I filed on or to my current store. What does Corporate do when an EP complaint is receieved? I have never been able to get an answer from someone that knows the actual procedure(s)
