I been fired because i was in the back on the clock. But others as well been back there to and they are not fired. I had an vernal reminder then i got an Constructive Advice recored. I have not been suspended or been on probation, so is there a way for the union to get my job back?

So Cal got a good contract! No takeaways. Raises were lousy. Only 85 cents over 3 years, but no medical or pension changes. The schedule has to be posted 1 week in advance now

Has anyone every heard of a store manager taking money from store expenses to pay for their car that was damaged in the store parking lot and then getting demoted to a co-manager because it's stealing from Kroger?
