How well is equipment maintained at your store? I'd like to figure out how much of the neglect--pallet jacks needing bearings and even missing wheels--in this $700,000-a-week store is the abusive, greedy manager and how much might be the unaccountable corporation.

New Supervisor here! I was looking at que, and had a quick question about the dips. If a supervisor gets a dip at 4:00, does that dip reflect 3:30-4:00 or 3:00-4:00? I've been told both ways, but the 3:30 to 4:00 option Doesn't make sense in my opinion.

How does Kroger calculate how many hours the front end earns. My manager was talking to be about it, as I had no idea how the budgeting of how many hours we get works. So for the week in question, the front end had 500ish sign on hours, but only earned 300ish for the following week, how does this process work...

I have 2 weeks vaction, 3 personal days and 60 hours sick pay coming to me. I would like to give notice to quit but not loose all that time. If I quite on good terms, do I still get my vacation, sick pay and personals days paid to me. Or should I try to use them up before I quit. TYIA
