Can anyone tell me what Krogers policy is on providing references about former employee's. I've been told that they cannot say anything negative or positive is this correct?

So is there a policy against having hours in a week as a part time Cashier? So I went into work today to check our schedule and found out that 5 people had hours on the schedule, including myself. Is there something that I can do about this? It just doesn't seem right

I was fired for occurences but my department wants to rehire me. They said something about how I would be able to get rehired after 60 days. Is this true? And would DO NOT HIRE be placed on your record if you were fired for the 12 occurences?
