I work grocery night shift, as some of you may already know from earlier posts. Can they write me up for leaving right when the schedule says at 8:30, instead of staying overtime to finish stocking/conditioning? Can I do this during the holidays when we get f**ked with a huge load?
With all of the extra crap like residual scanning and sorting off slow movers, mandatory daily back stock, and now the loss of a conditioner to make up the hours the crew lost when this system rolled out I am spending between 3-4 hours a day doing it. I work at a smaller store (300k/WK) which means I'm resp...
Has anyone heard a Barry Manilow song on the Kroger music playlist? I can't remember EVER hearing one, although I have only been working here for close to 4 years. This last week as I was leaving to go home I was in the break room talking to one of th...
So the dairy department I work in has only 3 people 2 full-time one part time in college. One of the full-timers has to work in nutrition because they are apparently short staffed. So basically we only have 2 people working dairy in my store & I hate it because my lead doesn't cleanup,do markdowns,o...
