It seems from some of the managers i have seen come through my store some of them seem a bit clueless of what to do. One was only here for a month and in a few days she is gone to another store.
What am I doing wrong? How do I become full time 40 hours a week? Been a Kroger assoc. for 3 months now. Almost less hours a week (24.50) than when I started. How do they expect someone to live on half of a full weeks pay which is tough to live on anyways?

So, I was told to join our stores Cultural Council and told of a meeting date and time. I severely doubt it, but are you paid to go to the store for the meeting, aka an hour or two of pay if that's how long it takes?
