How exactly does the free Friday work ? Besides downloading the ecoupon and etc ... Is Kroger paying for the free Friday item or the company the item is produced from ?

I wonder if Kroger cares if there is these "so called" supervisors Follow Kroger Policy. At my store they leave to run errands without clocking out take smoke breaks, Kroger needs to Ban smoking on company time. Things would get done!

I had a customer who was on her phone the entire time during her transaction, including after she paid. So I bagged her groceries in plastic, but she got pissy and said that she wanted paper. So how do you deal with customers like this, especially when they are still on their phone after paying?
