I heard it was illegal for them to have only one person to clear the lot at night by themselves, however our Kroger's only has one bagger past 10. Is it really illegal? I feel incredibly uncomfortable going out there by myself when it's around 11-12

I requested last wednesday off as a personal day because it was my birthday and the schedule said personal day (4) but I didn't get paid for it do I have to write it in the book at customer service for it to be counted? THANKS
