Why is there such a differene on how we feel about Managers? Divisions? Zones, Districts, what? and are Co's better when Manager is gone or worse? Do they treat each other with respect or compete?

So... I was assulted by the Produce Manager in my store. Basically, my HR manager is doing little to nothing about it. They are actually trying to make me continue working with her, I'm totally serious. Does anyone know the direct number to Coroporate HR out of Cinci? I can't find it anywhere! Thanks!

In our department we have 5 part time people that get 40+ hours each week that they wont give any full time spots to and a full timer that works 24 hours and cherry picks his schedule.
