Have they made any changes to the ELMS formula? I have noticed in the past year, that it is getting harder to make ELMS, specifically with items that have a large quantities (such as someone having 40 Kool-Aid packets). These orders used to bring my ELMS sky high. Now, I am lucky to get over 100%.

Is an allocation how many rows or facings have been given to an item, or how many of a particular item will fit on a shelf?

I work in the deli bakery. We have just one oven in the bakery. The chef shop and deli share a small oven.
