I work with a courtesy clerk who can not handle the real world. It takes very little to offend her.Apparently sending the items down the check stand belt is too much fore her.She politely snips that "I got this."or " . . . too much."If I see a courtesy clerk at the other end and they want to bag I'll gen...
So in an effort to stop customers from stealing cigarettes from me while I'm on Uscan, I decided to hold on to them and tell the customers that I'll give it to them after their done paying. Most of the customers were perfectly okay with that. But there were a couple that gave me serious attitude and almost...
It's super annoying when they do this at our store, why make a trained cashier still push carts in 100 degree weather when you have baggers for this very job?
Every single time I go to lane 1 it is clearly a sign right above it that clearly says express above it. I get so irritated when people come with large baskets through my lane but sometimes I make exception it was a Caucasian woman who at first was going to go to uscan but then she decided to pick at my custome...
I mean are there tangible results, like the issue was investigated and improved, or witnesses were questioned, or some sort of positive result? Who actually conducts the investigation, if it has to do with employees at the store? does it go to store management? trying to decide if should report to it...
I left my old store, and happily worked at my new store for years only to have this scumbag bookkeeper come to my current store. He's such a creepy stalker, has this ever happened to you.
So yesterday I accidentally bumped a customer with a cart because it got loose off the front of my line as I was bringing them into the lobby. I saw the guy walking into my path, so I tried to turn to avoid him but he still walked directly in front of me, the cart went loose during the turn and I couldn't get up t...
Like you have your associate plus card, and then you have a virtual plus card on the website that isn't tied at all to the associate card? Someone told me you can be fired for that.
Just got promoted to clicklist lead. Just went threw training at another store. Just looking for some tips or tricks other leads have used to be successful
When I was hired and eventually trained through the workshops or whatever they call them now, they kept dragging Walmart for just about everything. As someone who worked at a Walmart before coming to Kroger I thought it was just some weird propaganda thing they did, because when trained at Wally noth...
Had a customer, a lady in her 50s, the other day ask me to void something on her lane. So I come to her and clear it out, and then I see some odd item on the screen which had a weird name, so I just wanted to make sure I was voiding the right thing. So I ask her about that item and if that's the item in the bag. Again, I...
I'm a CC, and sometimes when I'm putting back milk a customer asks me if I can go in the back and grab a gallon of chocolate milk. Can I do that? Or does that mess up your inventory?
They called my phone yesterday and left a voicemail saying that I was late for my shift and that I should get there immediately. I called back and they were like "you're scheduled to work today and you should get here immediately." I was kinda shocked and I immediately looked at eSchedule to double chec...
