I was a bagger, then about two weeks before Easter I was offered cashier training. It's been two weeks since I started training. I can consistently run the register by myself (I did it for 6 hours last Thursday during busy time) and have handled just about every complication (coupons, voiding items, e...
Question for you all. In my store (not sure if this happens everywhere or not) if the department head goes on vacation, someone bumps up into their position for the week and does their duties, etc. They get paid at the rate of the department head. Usually, the person with the most seniority in my departm...

EVERY single week since then... my schedule is ALWAYS wrong. they place me on days i put...
whose stores have had this done? What changes were made? Supposedly we're getting one and I noticed on the guns that the location of products is incorrect now (really fun considering we've been getting lots of new items lately so when you scan the item it will tell you the wrong location). Anyway, h...
Does anyone have the pay rates for a drug gm clerk in Georgia. District O Division 11. Store management is going to allow me to go full time just want to make sure it is the correct pay.
Should managers be bagging? They never have enough courtesy clerks anyways, but I was checking on 15 item lane. I feel I can handle that small amount of groceries on my own. I am allowed to tell them I can handle it?
Hello I recently left kroger after being presented with a new job opportunity. My question is am I entitled to my vacation pay since I quit? If so, how do I go about collecting it?
Is there a board or email list somewhere that you can view dept management openings for the southwest div? I have looked all over the greatpeople site on kroger pc and it is just a mess. Thanks.
So we have a guy at work who just came out as gay. So now it's a big thing And the talk of the store. He was called upstairs and management said he cased a distrubance and if the commotion does not die down He can get fired. Everyone said they cannot fire him because of what others are saying. Can they?

But when I go to greatpeople, click my eSchedule, and then go to my eSchedule portal, it gives me Kroger SecureWeb, then throws me back into greatpeople.me. I need to see if my availability was changed when I r...
The management at store 638 in Jefferson Georgia is a joke. All they do is walk around like they are busy when the breaks get behind for the front end employees. I have seen an employee come in at 9 am and when it was 4 PM she still had not received her break. The excuse of well we are behind in our breaks is a jok...
It's in my 'Home Depot schedule conflict' thread. Basically, their take is either I find someone to work the shift, work the shift, or don't come back. Wow. Just...wow.
I'm trying to get the day off for a military function but my food manager says that I must have a note and it's all last minute and she says that if I don't come to work I am refusing to work and I'll be fired.
