Real question. We're dealing with more and more aggressive and *******-ish customers as time goes by, and I've been packing pepper spray and a tazer. I'm a U Scan attendent and a LOT of folks want to vent their frustrations in life on me. So. If I have to defend myself, am I covered?

Every year for the last decade, I've received a form in the mail at the end of the year asking what level of insurance I want, if any at all. This year I got nothing. I didn't have kroger insurance in 2018, but you'd think they'd still send the form. Do I need to call the insurance and opt back in?

Does anyone else have trouble with people not changing the bag of dishwashing liquid on the 3-compartment sinks? There's only one other person besides me who will change it. It's been empty for over a week and both of us say we're not doing it this time. It's about time someone else learned how.

Management seems to like to make people clean up and do reshop and other stuff when their shift is over, which is the same time the store is closing. And customers are rushing cause it's christmas eve. Do you all stay and help out and get the extra overtime or do you gtfo?
