I think it's funny that the Kroger company has the money to buy a bunch of Cincinnati Bengals tickets (ok they're going to military families which is nice and all but a football game shouldn't be anyone's priority) while they screw over all the employees in the week after the holidays.

Within the last 3 months, there was a post on ordering with CAO. I am unable to find it. Someone gave info on how to set the forecasting and I want to try to use that info for our store. We have some products that are over forecasting and other products that are under forecasting.

I have top seniority at Kroger . When someone calls off or is a no show, am I first in line to cover that shift even though it would be over time for me ? Or can my head ask to work other employee's that are already working to stay and get the OT?
