Recently I got a new job and requested to only work at Kroger two weekdays so that I can work more days at my other job(which pays a ton more). At first I got it approved but then after it was in the system a different supervisor told me that I absolutely have to be scheduled a weekend day, which doesn't make s...
Is greatpeople.me screwing up for anyone too? I've been trying to see my schedule for 2 days now... Even before getting the new one. Before it was saying 'wrong password and/or ID' which I knew was bull. Now, it just keeps refreshing every time I hit the sign in button... Please tell me I'm not the only...

I really don't like them. They aren't comfortable and on top of everything we have to tuck them in. My boobs are too big for them and I'm fat so now the only thing I see when I look at my reflection is how ugly I am. I mean at least when I was comfortable I didn't feel bad about myself. Maybe this is Kroger weedin...
So I have 12 hours this week. That's going to be a whopping $55-$65 after taxes and union. I could make more as a background extra on a movie set. I could make more raking leaves. I could make more selling on ebay. Despite clashing with my front end manager today, I'm still there 10 months going on 11. That...
I have been working at store 466 fuel center for 6 years and I'm still on bites.i have seniority over 2 people and union told them that I have seniority, but they don't follow rules.how come.i should be able to work mid shift or days but no they give it to coworker.i work the hardest than them.
Greetings I would like to start a thread in response to Brads post about availability . How fair is it that a new hire change their availability and bump the senior people for a day shift? If you limit your availability to early shifts Does Kroger have to bump senior people to give...

Anyone else in the mid-atlantic area having their store manager cut hours from e-schedule ? E-schedule will schedule say 140hrs. for a dept and store mgr. will cut them to 115hrs. Sales are almost doubled over last year. Pain in the butt with no hours, more sales, waiting on customers, and getting cal...
WV's min wage went from 7.25 to 8.00, on 1/1/2015. I was making 8.10 that's .85 higher than the people starting out. The min wage goes up and I did get a raise however it was only by .40. Which has me making 8.55 (increases to 8.65 in march). So here I am almost 5.5 years in and I lost the .85 and am now only makin...
Over the Holidays my wife purchased boxes of "keurig" types of coffee to make gift baskets. Mind you i have shopped at Kroger for over 15 plus years and basically do all my shopping there. Tonight my wife asked me to return 4 boxes but could not find the receipt for the original purchase of t...
I cashier at my store and I was on educational leave at the time this happened, so I don't know all the details. But one of my supervisors said while I was gone they did some sort of update or reset to the POS system and ever since then it's been really laggy sometimes. For instance I'll scan a bunch of stuff a...
Ha, ok, so for a change of pace: I'm looking for that one item that the deli sells with their lunch meals. It's either a sweet potato or carrot.... cake... thing. The question is, I have no idea what it is. It's orange in color, soft, and served with the chicken and mashed potatoes. It's actually the ONL...
I worked Sunday, the comanager called me in the office and had a write up. Some bogus stuff she made up. Said I yelled at a customer and threw her chips and when the lady got home her chips were crushed and she called the store. Really? The day I was so sick I could barely stand up and I asked to go home? Th...
Who here has signed up for the Merrill Lynch 401(K) plan through Kroger? Just wondering because I am having a bit of an issue. I signed up for it nearly a month ago. Had my account set up to where it would take so much out of my check weekly. After two weeks, it still said I had $0 in my savings plan. So I figu...
So, we had an incident last night that forced us to call the police to escort out an employee after the store closed. Basically he was high on something and refused to do any work. Refused to leave the store even after the store manager himself told him to go home. Police confirmed he was high, but coul...
