Are these just horrible? My store has had a dozen postings for these in the past month for nearby Krogers along with a few backup positions in deli/bakery, but that's it. I know grocery dept heads mainly work nights (isn't there also a night crew lead?) but is it THAT bad?

So, with the $7.90 /hr pay I get, but the amount of work I am required, and the situations I am required to deal with, I am kinda getting irritated. We are required to play most roles in the store: Manager, Stocker, Cashier, Maintenance, CClerk, so on. There is no point in calling a supervisor/FE manager...

So...I heard today that we're starting Key Retailing Wave 1 in the bakery department finally. I know other depts. have dealt with this crap for a long time. So what should I expect in wave 1? It sounds like right now just a lot of labeling of dumb crap like THIS IS A BREAD SLICER, THIS IS A COOLER, etc.
