Hey, I'm a store steward In a shop that is starting eschedule soon. Just wondering if anybody has been able to grieve and win anything pertaining to eschedule yet???? A lot of people are going to be mad from what I hear.

If a manager tells you to do something one way and you do it that, and then they come along and badger you for doing it that way and say you were suppose to do it the opposite way, can you file a harassment claim? In other words, I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't.

A computer can't read evaluations, can't see who the hard workers are from the time stealing (not using the to clock for numerous smoke breaks) quick cigarette smoke breaks are! I work for Kroger in Atlanta, Ga and it's a shame that the front end doesn't answer the customer service phone. This store is supposed to be the #1 store in Atlanta smh, if so then I'm horrified to see what the worst store is. And yes I'm talking about store 461

I had everything done just have to wait till this background check to come back ! It's been 11DAYS!! My record is super clean so why would of take so long Also the manager called me Feb 3 telling me that it was pending!

Sorry as I'm sure this has been asked before, but doesn't a indefinite suspension pending an investigation pretty much mean you're fired? I hope so because the co-worker this happened to isn't very well liked and we don't won't to see her come back.
